Sound Forge used to splice the two audio discs back together into one complete WAV file.  Original split was right after "Good Morning Miss Brown" and the audio discs had sufficient overlap to allow a seamless splice. Sound Forge was also used to normalize crowd noise between songs to -4.0 dB.
