Notes:
Technical problems resulted in the left channel dropping out starting at 1:45 of d2t05 and continuing through d2t06.  I fixed the problem prior to the start of d2t07 and the rest of the recording is intact.  I used the channel converter feature in SoundForge to copy the right channel onto the left for this portion and hence this part of the recording is mono.
